We also acknowledge your comments around company meet-ups, bonuses, recognition and pay. We aim to recognise and reward our people in a number of ways, including through career development and progression, spot awards, Hollistars, and multiple bonus/incentive schemes linked to both individual and company performance.
Pay reviews are based on individual performance and wider factors. Outcomes can vary, so we’re unable to comment on specific cases, but would like to confirm for clarity that a 1% increase is not a company-wide standard.
