      Pros

      Great people to work with and a wealth of know-how. Flexible working hours and decent benefits. Being an international company allows for global job opportunities.

      Cons

      Too many position cuts for the past 3 years and since the merger while keeping the same asset base. Many people are leaving on their own and positions are not filled.

      Distance between site locations sometimes can be gruesome if you don't enjoy driving.
