Everyone who works here loves what they do and I loved being on site to spend time with them.

I have no complaints. At all.

After your shift, the occasional glass of wine. Discounts on wine, and mostly fun customers. Good events to work.

Owners take advantage of folks' good natures. The manager doesn't have the backbone to stand up to owners, so the rules will change. You'll be fine here if you play their "game" and stay in good graces. But you're out of the club once you look at them cross-eyed or make a suggestion they didn't think of.
