Pros
I've had an awesome experience at HiveWatch and want to highlight the people you'll be working with are incredible. The company is in hyper scale mode and everyone is bought in to making this rocket ship take off. The sales leadership cares a lot about getting people to a place of success and the CEO is an awesome person who tries to make HiveWatch a place that feels like home. Food is catered on Monday mornings and Fridays for Lunch, which are a nice touch. People are open to helping each other. The sales tech you use is modern and state of the art with encouragement to use AI in your day to day. Additionally, the office space is beautiful and in a pretty location. If you're a top performer feeling underutilized at your current job, take a look at HiveWatch and give them a chance you won't regret it.
Cons
Not many I can think of besides maybe some misaligned expectations from interviews to actual day to day expectations when in seat. There may be frustration by lack of structure but it's a startup and processes are being built out rapidly using methods that are proven to work for hyper scale tech companies.
