Pros
- Local Staffing - Good Team Building/Culture Events - Great Co-Workers - Good travel policies in most cases (i.e. cash per diem's) - Great opportunites for professional growth - Most leadership shows a genuine interest in everyone's success and growth
Cons
- Low compensation in comparison to competition - Expensive benefits - Unrealisitc expectations of work/life balance from some managers and leadership - No flex schedules (i.e. 4 - 12's) - High turnover of great talent; not sure if this is just the industry or if it really is the company - Some individuals seem to get much better staffing assignments with no apparent reason
