Pros
With it being an "AZ Start up" I have had the opportunity to add insight and suggestions, all of which have been taken and put into place. The company invested in experienced senior level management to come in and replace the prior so employees have a better onboarding process and overall experience. The pay is above average for our industry and where most companies with the same structure work primarily off of commission only, the company offers a good base in addition to uncapped. It's a fun, hard working but progressive sales floor. The company also offers employer paid benefits and 50% for dependents which they are eligible for the 1st day of the next month. Most companies require a 30-60 day eligibility period.
Cons
The office is the prior office of another company so Hirey is actively working on renovations and upgrades to help sustain a professional but kick back environment with the "work hard play hard" mentality.
