A diverse team that embraces what makes you different. Ability to work remotely while learning from leaders who have been successful in the industry for over 20 years and work just as hard as anyone. Leadership also invests in continuous training for employees. Great reputation in the market so we always have roles to fill! The recruiters really care about their candidates and the account managers have good relationships with their clients. I'm not sure why a previous reviewer gave a low score for diversity - we have a really diverse team and everyone's viewpoints are welcomed.
Cons
You do have to work hard to be successful, but that's any staffing job - there are highs and lows that come with the territory. Also, it's a start-up so there aren't as many resources as at a larger company.
