Pros
- Resourcing is strong and on-point, recruitment gets the right person on the job the best the pool can provide within the needed timeline. - Very diverse and talented team (no handholding required, for a PM, this is valuable!) - Lots of guidance and support during onboarding to ensure the individual's success in overcoming what can be overwhelming work for some on their first few weeks. - Overall, management sets you up for success and cares for the individual's welfare. - Lots of opportunities to learn and be exposed to digital activations/projects.
Cons
- Depending on the account you are on, there are a number of limitations and compliance standards that may curve creativity (and UX best practices). Compliance is king. - If you are looking for a normal office situation where you are physically present with your colleagues and be best buds, then you may find working with a remote team challenging. You may not be a good fit for this setup.
