Pros
Meeting new people on their travels checking in and out of the hotel. Learning the auditing systems. Night time work hours.
Cons
The environment was structured for those who did not fit their "mold" to fail. Things were constantly changing according to certain workers who did not like the already in place procedures. They would rather hire more part-time workers than bump someone up to full time.
