- Top Management "in Hilti" should feel more about their employees, example; pushing sales managers (Team leaders) to go to Field 4 days a week, is Crazy. - HR people have no effect, they can't protect their employees in the crucial time - Top Management not listening to different voices, if you give ideas out of the box, or you don't mach the direction, easily your manager will accuse you that you are negative The SMD (strategic Man Power Development Process) is not good, since it is full of fear and not clear for all, and the top management have the rights in SMD to burn the employee - the development opportunities are limited, and we gave many ideas to improve the development process but there is no listeners
