Pay, benefits and atmosphere are generally good.

Hours are too much but it is the car biz

You can make good money if they let you

they manipulate your pay. They control what phone calls you get, they control what leads you get and if you don't suck up to management and work every day all day, they will make sure that you don't make any money so you quit and they don't have to pay you unemployment. They will even lie to the TWC so they don't have to. No training and they want to keep you blind by no giving you the ability to see what they are really doing in the car research system that they use. I don't know how this place is still in business. They should be audited by the BBB and by GM because of their unethical way of running a business. I am writing this in all honesty and I hope this warns good people away from this place.
