High-growth company with strong focus on culture and employee well-being, Benefits are unique and outstanding. Leadership team is down-to-earth and accessible. Every team member's contributions are valued. Colleagues are approachable and collaborative. One of the best places I've worked in a 30-year career, and I'm proud to be a manager here.
Cons
It's fast-paced and high-growth, meaning we're still building out processes and workflows. Change is constant, and you have to be able to think on your feet. The need to be accessible to and responsive to our advisory firms can be stressful at times as we struggle with prioritization.
