Poor management & distrustful managers - Anonymous employee Higher Achievement Employee Review

There was a lack of initiative and organization from management in oversight of all the different centers. Many times managers came to "visit" the centers at the schools - but nothing was done about how the centers were run. The lack of resources available and the lack of support was astounding. Fights were breaking out between students. Students rarely listened to the rules placed by Higher Achievement at the center. Often, it was me alone in a room with 25 middle school kids. But not once did I see or participate in a meeting that addressed these issues or brainstormed ways we could improve the environment there.
