Pros
Great experience for younger professionals. Great leadership. The is very family orientated. Most people get along. With the flexible schedule, you can WFH and in the office, which is clutch.
Cons
Communication isn't always great and this sometimes causes things to slip between the cracks. The entire team works a lot more than advised, so be prepared to work more than 40hrs a week.
