Good company to work for. The team is nice and supportive, and management actually listens and tries new things. They’re always encouraging us to use new tools and technology. it can be a bit tiring sometimes, but honestly, I’ve learned a lot because of it. The job also feels stable, even though the industry has been a bit tough lately with all the tariff issues.

Onboarding could be better.It’s a bit confusing at first and you have to figure out some things on your own. There are also a lot of tools to learn, which can feel overwhelming at the start. And like any customer service job, there are times we get difficult customers, which can be stressful. But overall, it’s still a good place to work and grow.

Trabajo en el almacén de High End Accents y la verdad me gusta mucho. Hay buen liderazgo, los jefes tratan bien a uno y siempre ayudan cuando se necesita. El equipo también es bien buena onda, todos se apoyan y se trabaja en ambiente tranquilo y divertido. Apprendi bastante desde que estoy aquí, y se siente bonito ver que valoran tu trabajo. No todos los lugares son así. Aquí uno viene a trabajar a gusto, sin tanto estrés, y eso vale mucho.Recomiendo este trabajo, es un buen lugar con buena gente.

A veces el ambiente puede estar un poco callado, como que faltan más eventos o reuniones para convivir con los demás. También hay días que todo está muy tranquilo, pero en el almacén casi siempre hay música y movimiento — ahí sí siempre está bien animado.
