Pros
I love how creative and collaborative the team is! Everyone contributes in team meetings because they genuinely have great thoughts and ideas. Lots of laughs, lots of hard work, and the rewarding feeling of knowing our clients really do love the work we produce for them. Agency life is generally tough across the entire market, but this agency seems to do things differently, making positive waves for both company culture and client expectations. Plus, I love how welcoming the team is. It's very easy to hop on board and start collaborating right away, and everyone shares appreciation for each other and the hard work that's put in every week.
Plus, there is a handful of people who have been with the company for a long time, which is a testament to the positive culture.
Cons
If you love remote work like me, this may not be a con at all.
But with small companies that work remotely, you obviously don't have that "office vibe." However, the team works really hard to intentionally connect across all sides of the company, keeps open and abundant communication (but not too much), and makes working remotely feel a lot less isolating. Seriously nailed down the work from home lifestyle.
