Very high quality company, with keen understanding of market. The entire Hetronic (and Methode Electronics) Team (U.S., Europe and abroad) is very knowledgeable regarding the product and customer service. The people are the greatest asset. Very team oriented and everyone seems to care. An engaging atmosphere with plenty of opportunities for success.

Have worked here almost two years and have yet to see a negative aspect of this company.

Corporate leadership seems ignorant to everyday challenges experienced at Plant level operations, Sever lack of upper echelon operational organization. Corporate Leadership seems poorly equipped to make well informed business decisions which have greatly adversely effected the company as a whole.
