      Good benefits generous PTO and sick leave

      Cons

      Run….. first layoff’s in October. CEO does not care about well being employees. Company is in financial problems. Very bad 401k the worst I have ever had .

      Pros

      Working with the best technical people in the industry to support US DoD with highly capable and critical equipment. Many new products and technologies.

      Cons

      Company has struggled financially over the past few years post-Covid. Things definitely heading in the right direction. Culture could use a refresh.
