Pros
- Top-notch team of creative people who care deeply - Challenging and engaging work - Interesting, diverse clients across the health and wellness space - Opportunities for team bonding/development (shared meals, annual retreat) - Monthly wellness, WFH, and learning stipend - Excellent work-life balance. I can truly log-off during vacations and I'm rarely asked to work beyond 6:30 p.m. Beyond meetings, I feel like I can work when it makes sense for me!
Cons
Remote work definitely isn't for everyone. You have to be self-directed, willing to take initiative, and intentional about collaboration. It can be easy to start to feel isolated. If you're looking for a super clear/structured career ladder, this probably isn't the place for you. But there's also freedom to create your own path and explore different interests — it's mainly about advocating for yourself.
