Pros
- the people that work here are AMAZING, one thing they do know is how to make great hires.
- the work is fun. You work with great clients across interesting projects.
Cons
- You will get bags under your eyes after working here, No one is happy ( senior management exempt, guessing bigger pay checks). If you like feeling like you're drowning, this is the job for you. Completely understaffed, you are constantly over capacity and stretched thin. There's no room to produce your best work when you're running on a hamster wheel every day.
- Considering how over worked everyone is, it's confusing and disappointing why they pay min wage. It's just not worth it and I'm baffled why people allow themselves to be worked in this way.
- They prioritise cost-cutting over staff retention, which has a noticeable impact on morale.
- Staff perks amount to a cupboard with biscuits and mentos.
