- hybrid role ( 2 days wfh ) - work with great clients - some lovely people work there
Cons
- semi toxic workplace - a lot of passive aggressive behaviour - senior management have massive favourites and this really affects your position for getting a promotion - long hours for minimum wage. No salary growth really - huge workload and not enough team members due to cost cutting
