      Henry Ford Health System has an innovative culture and strong senior leadership. They are a fairly large regional health system and there is the ability to work at various locations and functions.

      Cons

      Lower level corporate employees can feel undervalued at times. There is a strong academic presence among the Henry Ford Medical Group, but can sometimes manifest as arrogance.

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
