Let You Fail - Information Systems Analyst Henry Ford Health Employee Review

I asked for help and they my team leads literally said "we can't really answer that so you'll need to figure out on our own" I was asking for help for guidance and I couldn't get the help I needed. I didn't meet their expectations and I failed because they couldn't guide me. Even when I was trying to improve to meet their expectations they didn't care and fired me. It was job to get me back home to MI and now I work for an amazing company !
