      Everyone who works here is very nice and there are good coworker relationships.

      Cons

      Pay is crap. Advancement is crap. I have a Master’s Degree and can’t move up to a librarian position due to outside hires and politics.

      The pay is okay (still not a livable wage though), and supervisors tend to be understanding

      Cons

      Poor insurance, work weekends, the higher echelons of the system put on a show for the public that they care about employees, but that’s not the case.
