      Pros

      Timely, professional, and accommodating. Every interaction I had during the recruiting process was excellent. Communication was very timely even considering the differences in time zones and options to meet were very accommodating to my schedule.

      Didn't have one bad experience during the entire time so no cons.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
