This created a chaotic work environment where it was difficult to know where to begin or how to proceed effectively. The absence of a well-established process left many of us feeling unsupported, leading to frustration and inefficiencies. With no mentorship or proper direction, it was challenging to meet expectations and achieve results within a reasonable timeframe.

Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

Cons

Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
