      Communication is often inconsistent and disjointed Company restructures are common and processes and standards are constantly changing so it is hard at the manufacturing site level to build a consistent expectation

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
