      Great people to work with. Loyal dedicated employees. Excellent benefits. Reasonable workload.

      Management plays favorites. Schedules workloads as if its a Union Shop.... Repairs are done with duct tape. Low pay for responsibilities required to do job

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
