      It is fun to work with a great product in the marketplace. You have real opportunities to sell value to customers around the world.

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible at organizing the organization. A lot of money and time put into the current strategy that is absolutely terrible, but no one will stop and reverse course.

      Henkel is truly an amazing place to work. The culture is welcoming, the work is engaging and impactful, and the managers genuinely care about supporting and developing their teams. It’s a place where people are encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
