      Great company! Cares a lot about the environment and social responsibility. I really liked how welcoming everyone was and all the tools the company gave me to learn and feel confident in my position. I believe it is a great company to grow and enhanced your career.

      Cons

      I feel like they need more options for maternity leave, more employee benefits and more one on one with HR

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
