Company culture is very specific, very rigid and very old school, despite having a pretty young team overall (management included - too young even probably).
You basically have to give your life to the company if you want to last over there. Teams are simply under staffed for the workload per capita. And that’s just the way it is. This implies an unhealthy atmosphere, tired, demotivated and frustrated people.
Difficulties of management to take decisions. A lot of time spend on analyzing over and over things that will anyway not be considered. A lot of non sense in this company that loves thinking they are the best out there and don’t know how to question themselves. On top, salary is not in line at all with the performances the company demands from employees. Fight for your raises!
