I know Corporate is do more with less but Henkel stretches that too far. It is not uncommon to see 1 person with 2+ full time job responsibilities and the jobs are completely unrelated.
It is very old fashion; there are a couple of Senior Managers/VPs that rule by intimidation instead of being a leader.
They don’t invest into the business side. The reporting tool appears to be a proprietary system that only runs in Germany. In the States its a complete joke. You will not develop any skills with this tool. They want to run like and have the same level of data as a large company (that they are) without the investment.
