      - Exciting, new things to do each day. - Really good experience - Good team spirit. - Nice office environment - Exciting products, lots of new projects going on, lots of scape for creative ideas.

      Cons

      - Have to go through long approval system before anything can be signed off. Lots of time. As German company, have to get approval from Germany.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
