Used to be a good place to work, last 7 years has been a consistent decline and it's not getting better.
Cons
This site has an ungrateful, uninspired, selfish, immature, non loyal, deceitful, and worthless work force. This site has an HR that has its own agenda which picks and chooses who and when they'll support. This same HR is never available especially at critical times and uses "legal" as a way to either stall a decision or eliminate disciplinary actions so that the same worthless workforce can get away with murder. This site has an upper management team that has no relationship or history with its workforce with the main goal of the bottom line. The scared Mid level management is in complete disarray with several different managing styles and no support from above.
