      Pros

      Improving culture. Plenty of funds for improvement. Getting rid of toxicity in the workplace. Training available but you have to work for it. Good complexity for engineering concepts.

      Certain departments seem rather worthless. Some toxic/lazy elements at the workplace or still present and impact others.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
