Pros

Management was very flexible on work hours and working arrangements. The company takes good care of employees and ensures that employees are meeting professional (like attaining PE) and personal goals (like traveling more).

Cons

Pay isn't as high as some other companies that reached out while I was employed there, but I think the work hours and culture are much better than any company in the industry.
