Flexible work hours, Remote/hybrid work setups as desired, Friendly and positive environment, Plenty of resources, Customized CAD and Revit functions make designing easier.
Cons
Teams are spread across offices around the U.S. making face to face interactions with teammates and management very limited if you are not in their Lenexa, KS headquarters. Site surveys may be far and few in between as you will be working on projects around the country rather than just your local area.
