If they hire you for an entry level positition do not expect the extensive training they might promise you. You will get some training and people will all tell you that you're doing really well and that you will be able to work on bigger jobs independently soon, but then they go and tell management you aren't doing well instead of acting like grown adults and giving you honest feedback to your face. Not sure how they expect anyone to grow and learn if they can't be honest with you upfront and give you feedback to make improvements on before they give up on you without warning
