Pros

The pay is not bad and you can advance in company. Other than that really not a good place to work.

Cons

The company does not care about their clients or employees. A complete scam. You can see by them writing fake employee reviews. Who goes on these sites and talks about how great the owner Jeremy Marcus is? You can tell because every good review is listed as helpful. A shameful attempt by Jeremy Marcus to protect his image. How about being a good guy and having a company that actually helps people. Maybe that will get you some good reviews instead of writing fake ones on sites like these?

Pros

Getting hired was easy. I sent my resume and got a call back immediately. I got hired at the interview. What we do is helpful to our clients. Since people will always struggle with debt there will always be clients to sign up. The pay is good. Good benefits.

Cons

The days can seem long from 9-6 PM. There aren't many spiffs or incentives.

Pros

If you show up to work with a positive attitude and produce there are great opportunities to advance with in the company. I started working here back and May and as of October I have been promoted twice. Yes it does take hard work and resilience. But this company is one of the good ones, they actually take care of their employees unlike so many other call centers. Pay structure is also their so you are not wasting your time on a base salary. Every month I am pleased with what I achieved at Helping America Group. I can see myself working here a long time and I have a history of moving on after 3 to 4 months. I recommend this company to anyone.

Cons

I can't think of a Con, I am beyond pleased with my job.
