Pros

Amazing mission and potential global impact

Consistently an unsupportive environment for women, by underpaying and overworking them compared to their male counterparts especially in technical roles False culture of inclusivity and diversity, mostly just virtue signaling Rampant burnout and general feelings of employee unappreciation

Pros

Really smart people, fun to work and collaborate with other teams which happens a lot because everyone is building rigorously. The benefits are top tier, and the company has seen explosive growth. Exec team is very approachable and in the day to day, a lot of face time with them.

Cons

Can be noisy with all the growth and production going on right next to admin employees, but it's better than not having a thriving company.
