Pros
- competitive salary - friendly and approachable colleagues
Cons
- fast paced - no opportunity for growth. Only chinese/mandarin speaking employees are favored and are prioritized - no guidance from top management. You need to learn on your own. - employees gossip and backstab each other - long working hours - lack of support from HR. Employees aren’t given an orientation. You have to just learn their rules. - they require onsite work but everything is cascaded on dingtalk. I find it irrelevant to report onsite if we are all going to converse online - processes are not organized. No official system or ways of working. Everybody is confused. - fostered a culture of perfection. If you don’t meed the requirements or objectives, they decrease your KPI - deductions for late employees. They expect everybody to report early but work ends late on certain days. - overwhelming amount of work - expectations are not realistic. They want the best quality of work but don’t give enough time to prepare. - they are basically slave drivers. They only care about driving profits. - no benefits - lack of leaves. Employees are only entitled to 5 VLs and 5 SLs - Management lack experience and don’t know how to lead If I were you, don’t even bother. If you care about your mental health, withdraw your application or DONT APPLY HERE.
