Pros
-Very supportive team of incredible individuals
-The office is in a house which leads to a more familial feel rather than going to your typical work space
-Lunch outside or at a big dining table with coworkers from other departments that you may otherwise not see or have a chance to talk to very often is encouraged leading to the familial feel of the company
-The company enjoys being part of a number of interesting projects that promote Colombia
-Teletrabajo! (they allow one day to work from home which is amazing!)
Cons
-High turnover rate
-It takes a specific issue, situation or negative review to be posted before a problem may be addressed by management
-It was difficult to know who to go to in a given scenario
-Compensation didn't include medical insurance
-Needed to turn in the same packet of printed documents every month to get paid
