Healthy and good work culture
Good mentor-intern interaction
Good work environment
Everyone is helpful as well as flexible
Friendly environment between colleagues
Learned a lot about corporate culture during my respective internship time period.
The work exposure and experience was definitely the best part of working at Heart it Out. The hours are flexible. The supervisors, assistant psychologist and other interns are very supportive and welcoming. The workload is very comfortable and easy to work with.
Cons
The downside would be the lack of payment for the work. 4 hours a day for 5 days a week could be rewarded with a little monetary incentive. The work also gets too repetitive sometimes.
