      Flexible schedule, lots of creative freedom, good pay, nice benefits, thoughtful and kind coworkers

      Cons

      Priorities frequently change, so if you're not okay with moving fast and breaking things (like a startup), you may not like working here.

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
