For chemical or metallurgical engineers is a good job because you can manage a entire project, since you have the overall vision and knowledge of the projects.
Cons
The salaries are lower than the average of market and the bosses are not so flexible about your schedule when you want to study on weekdays. I mean, you can not take courses at least they are scheduled on weekends.
