*Great schedule and work-life balance for working mothers *Owners care about you as a person *Casual dress-code (can wear jeans daily!) *Gift cards for birthdays and work anniversaries and quarterly parties to celebrate them! *Positive atmosphere (not toxic like many other employers I have worked for) *Company wants to do right by the employees and by their clients *Company paid health insurance (YES they pay for the employee's medical insurance!!) *Flexible PTO (can use in 2 hour increments which is great for Dr. appointments etc.) *Annual sports tournament (bowling at Dave & Busters with food for employees) *In addition to the regular 6 paid holidays, the office is also closed on Good Friday, Black Friday (day after Thanksgiving) and on Christmas Eve! *Leadership training on a monthly basis for supervisors *Wholesome values that make you want to do a great job for them!
