Pros

The salary is pretty good. The product and the job are really interesting, unfortunately, ruined by the CEO.

Cons

Office hours are so strict, need to put money in a box if you're late (from where the CEO would take money from to buy snacks). NO work-life balance at all, positive culture doesn't exist, some "old" employees are really favored by the CEO, if you're not doing 10am to 9pm (at least) you're considered lazy and not motivated.

Pros

Good place to learn, if you are willing to put up with all the drama

Cons

Head has a big head (ego) If the boss likes you, you are blessed. If not, au revoir

Pros

Healint strives in a fast pace environment to grow its somewhat niche but world leading position within the Health Tech industry. I have worked in different industries and different settings and this has been the only place where I can have a positive effect to the lives of my customers. There is nothing as rewarding as the reviews and feedback the app users let on the app stores and when interviewing them. Expect a startup environment: passionate team, unique opportunities to dare, develop new skills and try new things, number of challenges all the time and little room for politics in a pretty flat organization. If you want to learn and develop new skills, run projects twice as fast as you would anywhere else, and feel everyday that you are helping people live a better life, come and join the team!

Cons

Healint has the cons that are inherent in its qualities: - there is really a lot to do, so do not expect to have time to get bored - the company is still young, with priority given to growth and development (tech, product, sales and marketing) rather than a strong administration. For me this is an opportunity but I understand that this might be challenging for some - the organization is flat, so you may interact with a demanding CEO & founder, who has to manage way beyond anyone else in the team. I read a few negative and imho very exaggerated reviews on this specific point: I have been here for over four years, so definitely not a deal breaker
