Pros
Sample sales 'Cool' office Good , central location
Cons
During my time at Heal's I very sadly experience a total mental health breakdown. This culminated in a very serious health matter. This workplace was not the cause of this, however it did contribute hugely. A true sign of a good employer is how they treat their staff, and I will never forget being frog-marched into HR office the week after I made an attempt on my life, and being angrily talked to about the unannounced time off I had to take due to that attempt. Going back into the office I was met with anger, and visible and vocal belittlement from my manager, who was then a director. After I left Heals' I applied for a job elsewhere and the hiring manager knew said Director and reached out to him for an off-the-cuff reference without my consent and the next day I received an email saying this new company valued his opinion greatly and didn't hire 'weak' people. To say I think Heals is a disgrace would be an understatement.
