Disorganized and poorly managed. There is a major disconnect between management and what actually happens in the field. Communication is inconsistent or nonexistent, and expectations change constantly with no clear direction. Management comes off as incompetent and reactive. Scheduling is unreliable, availability is ignored, and there’s no respect for employees’ time. In the beauty industry, this agency is not taken seriously—it’s more of a joke than a reputable partner. I would not recommend this company if you have a pulse.
