The interview process was one of the best I have been through. Very fast moving. Met with multiple people in several days. Madhuri/HR communicated all the steps and updates/next steps promptly. Very honest and great energy, to feel part of something exciting, and want to be part of the team.
Cons
If you are not comfortable in a non-corporate setting, this is not a role for you. This is a Contract role. You have to pay for your own benefits. If you make your sales and commission quotas then you will be in a great spot to pay for insurance. Commission structure very reasonable.
Our CRM/sales leads is not one of the best I have worked with, but we will be getting a new program which will be helpful.
